Students who work hard and show a reasonable effort, receive incentives, which is agreed with the school and parents/ carers beforehand. We are understanding, friendly, welcoming and have a sense of humour.
Relationship
We are not just professionals; we are pleasant and supportive, and we build a rapport with our student to encourage, inspire and establish a good relationship. We provide daily lesson summaries to designated teachers and parents/carers, which gives detailed feedback on the children’s learning.
