Frequently asked questions

Helpful answers before you enquire

Do you offer online and in-person tuition?

Yes. Delivery options are discussed during the enquiry process and depend on the learner’s needs, location, educator availability and suitability.

Which age groups do you support?

Quality in Tutoring supports learners from Key Stage 1 through GCSE and A Level, as well as higher-education learners where suitable support is available.

Do you support SEND learners?

Yes. We discuss individual needs carefully and aim to match a suitable educator and approach. An enquiry does not guarantee placement, which remains subject to suitability and availability.

Do clients receive lesson reports?

Lesson reports and progress updates are available where applicable to the service arranged.

Does submitting an enquiry commit me to payment?

No. An enquiry starts a conversation about needs, suitability, availability and next steps. Payment arrangements are confirmed separately.
