Payment information
- Payment deadline: before the first lesson.
- A place is confirmed only after placement is approved and payment received.
- Payment is for one week of tuition.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund policy
- A full refund is available where cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- If Quality Tutoring cancels, a replacement session or refund is offered.
- If a group does not reach four students, an alternative timetable, suitable group, adjusted tuition option or full refund may be offered.
